School, sports & work physicals

When you are required to get a physical to participate in an activity, or to attend a school or camp, Novant Health Prosperity Family Physicians is here to help. We regularly complete specialized physical exams for children and adults, including:

• School physicals
• Kindergarten physicals
• Sports participation physicals
• Camp physicals
• Work physicals
• Disability exams

These exams help to determine if your health could put you or others at risk if you participate in a specified activity. Many of these required exams can be completed at the same time as your annual checkup. Some might require additional testing, and could incur an additional cost. Contact your insurer before making your appointment to see if your exam will be covered.

If you or your child have been given a form to complete, bring that with you to your appointment as we will not have access to it in our office.
